Flights are booked and departure date is set for the 12th of July with Turkish Airlines. :-)

Our First Item!

Thanks to my Parents, we have our first item for the Trip! A mapbook of Europe :)

Today is one of those days

Today is one of those days where you can hear me chanting under my breath something to the effect of "I will succeed, problems are there to be solved, I will NOT let life stop us going on this adventure, I will succeed, problems are there to be solved, I will NOT let life stop us going on this adventure....." You get the picture....

And So It Begins....

It's funny how life is. There Timm and I were sitting at a coffee shop in our little village (Hout Bay) when Timm suddenly stated "I need to change my Life. I wish I could travel Europe in a motorhome."

To which my reply was - "Well, why don't we?"
And so the crazy idea was born. To leave our work, family, kids, cats, horses etc and travel Europe for 6 months in a motorhome...
We both knew we would face difficulties but a pact was made that regardless of the difficulties we would face in making this dream come true, we would always find a solution.
And so our Journey begins.....
