So, after waking up this morning, we headed back to the Cellphone Shop to get the wi-fi router working and to recharge with credit.
I am happy to report that we weren't being goats when it came to Problem 2 (recharging) - even the Service Guys had trouble which involved lengthy phone calls to the service centre, some french gesticulating on our part, testing in different phones etc but eventually it was sorted.
Problem 1 was not so easily fixed, the SIM card worked fine in our router, we had sufficient credit but our router was just not doing it's thing. After 2 hours of to and fro to the shop I got the moer in and just reset to factory Settings and voila (excuse the french) - it works!!!!
So Hubby now happy.
A new Stellplatz was chosen (more by luck than anything else) and we have landed in the middle of Champagne Country!!! In fact, our Stellplatz is on a winefarm which produces it's own champagne. And yes, we have bought a bottle and no, I haven't tasted it yet - that's for Dinner :-)
So tomorrow we're going to explore the area, can't wait. In the meantime I'm sitting here in my great office, catching up on the blog.
