Stellplatz : Aire du Moulin a Tan
We made a new friend too - Le Chat!
We woke up late to find all four neighbors were already gone!
The morning was spent doing the bookings for the kids ski adventure and Christmas trip to Nassfeld which broke the bank but it will be so worth it to have them with us on the road and on the slopes! Joey may even be able to join us for Christmas which will make it doubly special for all of us!
So off we went through Champagne Country!
After much deliberation Mel took a flyer and chose a random Stellplatz based solely on kilometers travelled..... How wrong she was ..... How right she was!
He is a stray that adopted the camper van next to us and has been travelling Europe with them ever since.
The Belgian couple who are Le Chat's peasants are very interesting - they have been on the road since 1967 and have driven 8 Million Km! Some of that as a truck driver, taxi driver, barge captain and now land yachtsman!
He is a mine of information and speaks five languages!
He has also promised to write us a letter of invitation to use his camp space reserved at a very special Stellplatz just for us. You only find interesting folks like this if you stop and chat - it all started with him coming over to me with an adaptor when he saw me struggling to connect to the power supply - I was that @&)" new guy ......
All in all a wonderful day filled with lessons, a little Champagne and interesting folks.

Is that a common used Bathroom or is it exclusiv for your use?
